FAQ’S

  • Age Restrictions: Members under the age of 18 must complete our $99 onboarding training, which includes two 30-minute Training Evaluations.

  • Members may suspend their membership once per year for up to 3 consecutive months for a $25 per month suspension fee.

  • Halo Family Membership accommodates up to 5 family members. Children must be under the age of 18.

  • Prospective Members or Guests of HALO members must pay $20 for a Day Pass or $50 for a One-Week Pass. If the Prospective Member or Guest joins that same day or week, the fee will be credited.

  • Guests may use HALO as frequently as they choose at the $20 per day Guest Fee rate per day, but must be accompanied by a member.
