Ryan Ginley

Director of High Performance

Ryan is the Senior Director of Player Development. Ryan will oversee our new High-Performance Academy and has been coaching for over 20 years locally. He has been the architect of the high-performance program at Intensity in Norwalk and assisted with the program at Solaris (Formerly Stamford Indoor) prior to coming the NCRC.

Ryan has been privileged to have worked with high performing players, consistently helping them become top national players and beyond. His junior players have won Gold and Silver balls, USTA national titles as well as numerous sectional championships. He has been successfully sending hundreds of his players on to flourishing college careers, including multiple players that have achieved the #1 collegiate ranking.
